PACT ACT TERMS

The PACT Act that was enacted on December 27, 2020, has limited the number of states we can legally ship too. To stay compliant with state laws we require an adult aged 21 or over to sign for the package upon delivery. If there is no adult present to sign for the package it will be returned and the order canceled.

    Shipping vape products through USPS is illegal and FedEx, DHL and UPS have stopped shipping vapes all together. We'll be using private regional carriers to ship orders.

    We ship to the following states highlighted in Aqua with a few exceptions:

    • PO boxes
    • San Francisco
    • Chicago
